SHIPPING

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally to US, Canada, UK, Australia, EU and a list of countries.

Note: The address you provide will be the address to which we ship your order. If the address is not in English, we may attempt to translate it. This may create an inaccurate address. It is your responsibility to provide us with the address that will best ensure a safe delivery.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Item(S)?

We fulfill all orders Monday thru Friday between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm IST. It usually takes us between 2-4 days to process an order once it has been placed. Delivery times vary based by destination:

Domestic Orders take approximately 2 to 7 business days

International Orders take approximately 1 to 2 weeks

We will email you a tracking number once your item ships.

Will I Get Charged Customs/Import Duties On My Order?

While we do our best to make sure that no country would have to put a customs charge on your package, unfortunately, we do not have final say. It is up to your country's import regulations to impose additional fees or import duties on packages.

If you have received a charge other than what you paid for the item and its shipping fees through our site, we recommend that you contact your local customs agent to get more information on the charge or import duty.

How Do I Make Payments Using PayPal? How Does It Work?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Karmadori system for your order. It's fast, easy & secure.

Can I Pay Using PayPal Without A PayPal Account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

What Are The Payment Methods Available

We accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments. For buyers with an Indian Bank Account, we also accept Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS) in INR. For buyers in India we offer a COD option as well. The account details are available at the checkout page after you select a payment method.

Refunds & Returns

How Can I Return An Item?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Merchandise obvious signs of use

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

How Will You Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@karmadori.com.

What About Exchanging An Item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Do I Have To Ship The Item?

To return your product, you should courier your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
