SHIPPING CHARGES

Within India

  • Shipping anywhere within India is free.

 

International

  • If an order has to be shipped outside India, shipping charges will be included in your invoice.
  • For some international shipments, an Import Duty may be assessed by Customs. Customers will be responsible for paying such import duties.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Our products are painstakingly handcrafted and in order to honour the effort that artisans and craftsmen devote in making these products, we have a ‘No Return’ policy.
  • Defects, Incorrect Products – We will replace at our cost. Please contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • Size Issues: We will exchange for the right size. Will also provide size guidance, if needed.
